Please, before you buy a used book (ours or anyone else's) read the seller's description.  We provide detailed descriptions of the condition of the books we sell, including whether or not it is ex-library.  Carefully reading the description helps you avoid purchasing a book that wasn't quite what you wanted.  And it helps us avoid processing returns and refunds, and the non-recoverable costs of shipping on returned books.

We do occasionally mess up.  If we screw up your order, our sincerest apologies, we know our customers never make mistakes ;-).  We will always refund any purchase.  Just return the book in the condition received via media mail and we will process your refund.  If we are in error on a sale we will refund your return shipping as well as the original amount that you paid for the book including shipping.
